Grades TK-2nd - will focus on our yearly SLE theme. This year as a school we are focusing on being spiritual. Teachers in grades TK through second are looking for students who exhibit the qualities of a spiritual person. This will allow the primary students to really understand the yearly theme and the teachers can focus on how to help them understand what it means to be “spiritual” and how to live as a person who is spiritual for themselves, in our OLL community as well as in their family.
For Grades 3rd – 5th – their SLE focus will change monthly – each month the SLE of focus will rotate. Teachers are looking for students who understand each of our six SLE. This will allow our students in grades 3-5 to focus on how to live each characteristic throughout the school year.
For Grades 6th – 8th – their focus is on a student who embodies all six characteristics of CHRIST. Teachers are looking for a student each month who lives like CHRIST did.
